Emails from Memocore and how to turn them off
Sign-in codes, invitations and trial reminders always arrive. Tips and guides emails can be turned off in Settings under Emails, or with the unsubscribe link in any of them.
Rolling out Memocore in your company, step by step
A practical rollout: create the company on Team, start with one project, seed it with the knowledge you re-explain most, invite the team by role, connect everyone's AI client, then split and publish.
Can I switch from Pro or Max to Team?
No. Pro and Max are personal plans tied to your account; Team is a corporate plan tied to a company. To use Team, create a company on Team - your personal plan stays separate.
Managing your subscription and billing
Manage your plan and payments from the billing area (payments via Stripe). Upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or update your card there. At a limit, Memocore asks you to upgrade; your data stays intact.
Plans and limits
Four plans: Free ($0), Pro ($6/mo or $60/yr), Max ($9/mo or $90/yr), Team ($15/seat/mo, monthly only). Share links are on every plan; public projects are capped 1/2/5/unlimited.
Team plan: limits and what you can do
Team ($15/seat/mo, monthly only; first company free for 30 days): unlimited memos, projects, members and public projects, 5 GB per seat, private projects and API keys.

Your first company gets the Team plan free for 30 days, no card needed. One trial per person. Switch to paid at any time; if you don't, projects lock when the trial ends.

Free is permanent (100 memos, 3 projects, sharing included). Pro ($6/mo) adds uploads; Max ($9/mo) adds a family member and big limits; Team ($15/seat/mo) adds shared team memory.
Max plan: limits and what you can do
Max ($9/mo or $90/yr, most popular personal plan): 10,000 memos, 1,000 projects, 1 GB storage, 5 public projects and 1 family member. No company features - those are Team-only.
Pro plan: limits and what you can do
Pro ($6/mo or $60/yr) is a personal plan: 500 memos, 5 projects, file uploads (100 MB total, 10 MB per file), formatted memos, public memo links and 2 public projects.
