Account, login and security
Login is passwordless: email plus a 6-digit code. Private memos are yours alone, project memos reach only the people in the project, and a share link's level decides who reads the text and files.
Projects: shared spaces for memories
A project is a shared space for memories. Projects are personal or company-owned, have a description that routes new memories, and an access level: Members only, Private or Public.
Project roles: owner, editor, viewer, follower
Every project member has a role: owner, editor (read/write, the default), viewer (read-only) or follower (an outside reader via a public link or email invite). What each role can do.
Public projects: share a project with a link
Any project, personal or company, can be published behind a link — 1 on Free, 2 on Pro, 5 on Max, unlimited on Team. Anyone with the link reads it; followers take no seat and cost you nothing.
Followers: what they can and cannot do
Followers read a project without being on its team: they search, read and download attachments, but change nothing and don't see members, history or deleted memos. They take no seat.
Project access levels: Members only, Private, Public
Each project is Members only, Private (company projects: outside readers invited by email) or Public (anyone with the link can read and follow). What switching between them does to followers.
Files and attachments
Attach documents and images to a memo. Types: text, images, audio, video, PDF, Office docs. Downloads run through short-lived links, and access follows who may read the memo.
Rolling out Memocore in your company, step by step
A practical rollout: create the company on Team, start with one project, seed it with the knowledge you re-explain most, invite the team by role, connect everyone's AI client, then split and publish.
Team plan: limits and what you can do
Team ($15/seat/mo, monthly only): unlimited memos, projects, members and public projects, 5 GB per seat, plus company workspace, private projects for outside readers and project-scoped API keys.
Teams and companies
A company is a team workspace with shared projects. Two roles: owner (manages members, billing, API keys) and member. Owners invite by email; each member uses a seat on the Team plan.
Managing your subscription and billing
Manage your plan and payments from the billing area (payments via Stripe). Upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or update your card there. At a limit, Memocore asks you to upgrade; your data stays intact.
How search works
Search finds the right memo by meaning and by wording at once, ranks it, tolerates typos, and tells your AI how solid the match is. Scoped to private, a project or a company; filterable by tags.
