Team plan: limits and what you can do

The Team plan costs $15 per seat per month, billed monthly only - there is no yearly option for Team. It is the only plan that supports companies, multiple members and per-seat billing. Limits on Team: - Memos: unlimited - Projects: unlimited - Members: unlimited (each accepted member takes one seat; followers you invite to a private project take none) - File storage: 5 GB per seat (so the company total grows with the team) - Maximum single file size: 100 MB (the hard ceiling on every plan) - Public share links for memos: yes - Public projects: unlimited (personal plans have a per-plan cap: 1 on Free, 2 on Pro, 5 on Max) Team is not just "Max with more room" - it unlocks features that exist only for companies: 1. A company (team workspace) with shared projects. One memory for the whole team: decisions, docs and context live in shared project memory instead of in someone's head. Company projects are isolated, so members only see the projects they are in. 2. Member management, roles and seats. The owner invites people by email, manages members and billing, and can export all company data. Members read and write memos in the company projects they join, or only read them as viewers. 3. Unlimited public projects, and the only projects eligible for the public catalog. Any plan can publish a project behind a memocore.ai/p/xxxxxxxx link, but only Team lifts the cap - and the browsable catalog at /explore features company projects only. 4. Company API keys (team-only). Company owners mint project-scoped API keys and reach the team's memory from their own product or assistant over the API - searching it with search-by-meaning built in (no vector database needed) and creating memos in it. Personal plans have no API keys. 5. Private projects with invited readers. A company project can be set to Private and opened to specific people outside the company by email invitation. They read as followers, see only that project and take no seat - useful for clients, contractors and partners. Personal plans have no private projects. Everything from the personal plans is included: private and project memos, all MCP clients, file uploads, tags, memo history and the activity feed, public share links for individual memos, and data export. Note: if a company subscription lapses, its projects are blocked until it is renewed - though owners can still export the data. A lapsed subscription also closes the company's public project links.
