Memocore is the memory your AI clients share. Save something once and every assistant you use already knows it — nothing to re-explain, nothing to copy between chats.

Managing your subscription and billing

Manage your plan and payments from the billing area (payments via Stripe). Upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or update your card there. At a limit, Memocore asks you to upgrade; your data stays intact.

You manage your plan and payments from the billing area in the Memocore app. Payments are processed securely by Stripe - Memocore never stores your card details. What you can do: - Upgrade or change your plan: pick a plan (Free, Pro, Max, or Team) and check out. Personal plans can be billed monthly or yearly; the Team plan is billed monthly per seat. - Update payment method or view invoices: done through the Stripe customer portal linked from the billing page. - Downgrade or cancel: switch to a lower plan or cancel your paid subscription from the same place. You keep access to paid features until the current billing period ends, then the account moves to the plan you chose (a personal account always falls back to the permanent Free plan). For teams: - The company owner handles the team subscription and seats. Adding members consumes seats; the per-seat charge follows your seat count. - If a company subscription lapses or is cancelled, its projects become inaccessible until it is renewed - but the owner can still export all company data, so nothing is lost. What happens at a limit: if you reach a plan limit (for example the maximum number of memos, projects, or your storage allowance), Memocore will ask you to upgrade to add more. Your existing data stays intact - you just cannot add beyond the limit until you upgrade or free up space. If you downgrade below a feature you were using (for example losing the guest slot or share links), that feature simply turns off; your memos and projects remain.
