Max plan: limits and what you can do
Max ($9/mo or $90/yr, most popular personal plan): 10,000 memos, 1,000 projects, 1 GB storage, 5 public projects and 1 family member. No company features - those are Team-only.
The Max plan costs $9 per month, or $90 per year (paying yearly gives 2 months free). It is a personal plan and the most popular one. Limits on Max: - Memos: 10,000 - Projects: 1,000 - Total file storage: 1 GB - Maximum single file size: 100 MB (the hard ceiling on every plan) - Family members you can invite to your projects: 1 - Public share links for memos: yes (share links work on every plan) - Public projects: 5 What Max adds over Pro: - A big jump in headroom: 10,000 memos and 1,000 projects, 1 GB of storage with up to 100 MB per file. - A family member: one guest can be added to your personal projects. This is the first plan with guests - Free and Pro have none. - More public projects: 5 instead of 2. Everything from Free and Pro is included: private and project memos, search by meaning, all MCP clients, file uploads and attachments, public share links for memos, tags, memo history and the activity feed, and data export. What Max does not include: anything company-related. Companies, multiple members, per-seat billing and API keys for external integrations are all Team-only. Max is a personal plan. Max is the right choice for a power user who wants a family member and lots of headroom, but does not need a team. Billing is through Stripe; you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
