What is Memocore? A persistent memory layer for AI. It stores your notes and knowledge and lets every AI client you use read and write the same memory. Which AI clients does it work with? Any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP) - Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code and more. Do I need to install anything? No. You connect one endpoint to your AI client - one click in Cursor or VS Code, a single line everywhere else. How do I sign up? With just your email - no password. You get a 6-digit code to enter, and you are in. Is there a free plan? Yes. Free is permanent: 100 memos and 3 projects, with public share links and one public project included. It does not include file uploads or guests. How much does it cost? Free is $0. Pro is $6/month or $60/year. Max is $9/month or $90/year. Team is $15 per seat per month (billed monthly only). Paying yearly on Pro or Max gives 2 months free. Is there a free trial? The Free plan is always free, so you can use Memocore without paying. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. What is the difference between a private memo and a project memo? Private memos are visible only to you. Project memos are shared with the people in a project. Only project memos can be shared with a link. Who can see my memos? Only you for private memos. For project memos, the people in the project - its members, and followers if the project is public or you invited them to a private one. A share link adds exactly what its visibility level says: the title and preview reach anyone who opens the link, and the full content - plus any files attached to the memo - reaches whoever the level admits: project members, company members, or (at "public") anyone with the link. How do I save something? Just tell your connected AI, e.g. "Remember in memocore that...". To recall, ask in any chat, even a new one or a different tool. Can I share a memo with someone? Yes - turn on sharing for a project memo to get a link. This works on every plan, Free included. It defaults to project-members-only, so ask for "public" if you want the memo readable by anyone with the link. Private memos cannot be shared. Can I publish a whole project? Yes, on any plan. Your plan sets how many projects you can have published at once: 1 on Free, 2 on Pro, 5 on Max, unlimited on Team. Anyone with the link can read it, attachments included, and people with a Memocore account can join it as read-only followers. Followers cost you nothing. Can I let a client or contractor read one project without adding them to my team? Yes, on Team. Set a company project to Private and invite them by email. They join as read-only followers, see only that project and take no seat. Can I attach files? Yes, from the Pro plan upward (Free has no uploads). Allowed: text, images, audio, video, PDF and office documents. Files never get a permanent public address: every download runs through a short-lived signed link. Can I use it for my team? Yes - the Team plan gives your whole team one shared memory with members, roles and per-seat billing ($15 per seat per month). Can I put Memocore memory into my own product? Yes. Company owners on Team create project-scoped API keys; your product searches that memory with search built in, and can create memos in it too. Can I get my data out? Yes - you can export your data, and company owners can export all company data as a ZIP.
