One shared memory for your whole team.
A project per team or client, people invited as editors or viewers, and every AI client reading the same memory. Publish a project and outsiders follow it for free.
Per-seat billing · roles & permissions · works in every AI client
Team knowledge shouldn’t live in one person’s chat.
Docs sit in one tool, decisions in another, the rest in someone’s chat — and none of it reaches the AI your team works with every day.
All your docs in one place
Scattered files, threads and half-written notes become one project memory that every AI client can actually read.
New hires start up to speed
Add someone to a project and their AI reads what the team already knows — from the first day, without a handover.
Everyone sees what they should
Invite people into the projects they need, as editors or read-only viewers. Everything else stays invisible.
Set up your team in minutes, run it without friction.
From invites to billing, everything a team lead needs is one click away.
Create a workspace
Spin up a company workspace and become its owner — no setup call, no admin console.
Invite your people
Send email invites and teammates join straight away. Billing is per active seat through Stripe, so you add and remove people as the team changes.
Create projects
Group memory by team, client or topic, and invite people into the projects they need — as editor or read-only viewer. Projects they are not in stay invisible.
Your team’s memory, over the API.
Point your own products at the same memory your team writes — no vector database, no sync job, no second copy of the truth.
Search that finds
Meaning and keywords in one query, or plain keywords with a flag. Narrow by tags, exclude the rest.
Write, not just read
Your app creates memos too — with tags, a preview, even a lifetime after which they archive themselves.
Keys you can scope
Every key sees only the projects you tick for it — the key your support bot uses never reaches the rest.
Move a chatbot’s memory in
It stops carrying a knowledge file and reads the project your team edits.
Feed context from your CRM
Deal notes and client preferences land in a project as they happen.
Let agents remember runs
Scheduled jobs write results back and pick them up on the next run.
Everything a team needs around a shared memory.
From who reads what down to who edited it — the parts that matter once more than one person is involved.
Projects, and a role for everyone in them
Group memory into projects by team, client or topic, then invite each person into the ones they need. Owners run the workspace, editors write, viewers only read, and followers arrive through a public link. Projects nobody added them to stay invisible.
Share with clients
Publish a single memo or a whole project as a link. Clients read it without an account, and you revoke it in one click.
Connect your tools
Import pages from Notion, save notes from Telegram, and keep everything in the same project memory.
See who changed what
Every memo keeps its history, and the dashboard shows the team’s activity — who created or edited what, and when.
Files included
Attach docs and images to a memo. They travel with it, and are served only to project members.
The questions your team stops having to answer.
Every company re-explains the same things all week. Put them in shared memory once, and everyone asks their own assistant instead.
A new hire asks instead of waiting
Rather than pulling colleagues aside, a newcomer asks their own AI how things work here — and gets your team’s answer, not a generic one.
The right process, on demand
Which approval comes first, what the contract actually says, the checklist nobody remembers. One question to your assistant instead of a hunt through folders.
Let clients ask for themselves
Give a client or contractor access to a project, and their own AI answers questions about your product — without another call with your team.

How billing works
Billed monthly through Stripe, per active seat.
Add or remove people whenever you like — Stripe prorates the difference on the next invoice, so a mid-month hire costs the part of the month they were there.
Cancel any time. The workspace stays open until the end of the period you already paid for, and your data is exportable even after a payment fails.
Common questions
Owner runs the workspace, billing and members. Editor reads and writes a project’s memory. Viewer only reads it. Follower is someone who arrived through a public project link — read-only, and they take no seat.
No. People see only the projects they’re added to; the rest stay invisible, including in search and in their AI clients.
Yes. Only project memory is shared — your personal memos remain yours, and nobody in the company can read them.
Yes, two ways: invite them into one project as a read-only viewer, or publish the project as a link so they follow it without an account. Followers don’t take a seat.
Yes. Issue an API key, tick the projects it may touch, and your app searches that memory and creates memos in it. A key for the support bot never reaches the other projects.
Every memo keeps its own history — who created or edited it and when — and the dashboard shows the team’s recent activity in one feed.
