Free vs paid: what upgrading unlocks
Free is permanent (100 memos, 3 projects, sharing included). Pro ($6/mo) adds uploads; Max ($9/mo) adds a family member and big limits; Team ($15/seat/mo) adds shared team memory.
The Free plan is a real, permanent free tier - not a trial. It gives you 100 memos and 3 projects so you can use Memocore across your AI clients for personal memory. Sharing is included: public links for project memos, and one public project. What Free does not include: file uploads and guests on your projects. What upgrading adds: - Pro ($6/month or $60/year): more memos (500) and projects (5), plus file uploads (up to 100 MB total, 10 MB per file). Two public projects instead of one. - Max ($9/month or $90/year, most popular): a big jump to 10,000 memos and 1,000 projects, 1 GB storage with up to 100 MB per file, the ability to invite 1 family member to your projects, and 5 public projects. - Team ($15 per seat per month, billed monthly): everything shared with a whole team - unlimited memos and projects, unlimited members (per seat), 5 GB storage per seat, unlimited public projects, plus company features like member management and project-scoped API keys for external integrations. A note on sharing, since it used to work differently: public share links for memos are on every plan, Free included. Publishing whole projects is on every plan too - what the plan sets is how many you can have published at once (1 / 2 / 5 / unlimited). Billing notes: personal plans (Pro, Max) can be paid monthly or yearly, and paying yearly gives 2 months free. The Team plan is always billed monthly, per seat - there is no yearly Team option. Payments are handled securely through Stripe. Quick way to choose: - Just you, light use, one memory across your tools: Free. - Just you, want file attachments and more room: Pro. - Power user who wants a family member, lots of headroom and several public projects: Max. - A team that needs shared memory and collaboration: Team.
