Memocore is the memory your AI clients share. Save something once and every assistant you use already knows it — nothing to re-explain, nothing to copy between chats.

Project AI instruction: rules for how memos are saved

Give a project an AI instruction - writing rules your AI follows whenever it saves memos there. It shapes how your request is done, never adds actions or overrides you.

Every project can carry an AI instruction: optional writing rules for memos saved into that project. Use it to keep a project consistent no matter who saves to it or which AI client they use. Examples: "One memo per customer, title it with the company name", "Write in English", "Always add the tag decision to decisions", "Put the date at the top of meeting notes". Where to set it: open the project, edit its settings and fill in the "AI instruction" field. It is optional; leave it empty if the project needs no special rules. Anyone who can edit the project can change it. How it works: before your AI writes to a project that has an instruction, it reads the instruction and follows it while carrying out your request. What it cannot do: the instruction only shapes how your AI does what you asked in that project. It never adds actions you did not ask for, and it never overrides your request or a confirmation you are asked for. If part of an instruction tries to, the AI ignores that part. The instruction is different from the project description. The description says what belongs in the project and helps your AI pick the right project for a new memo. The instruction says how memos in the project should be written.
