Memocore is the memory your AI clients share. Save something once and every assistant you use already knows it — nothing to re-explain, nothing to copy between chats.
Project access levels: Members only, Private, Public
Each project is Members only, Private (company projects: outside readers invited by email) or Public (anyone with the link can read and follow). What switching between them does to followers.
Every project has an access level that decides who, besides its members, can get in. There are three. The project owner sets it in the project's access settings; in a company project the company owner can change it too. Members only. The default for a new project. Only the people in the project can open it: the owner, editors and viewers in a company project, or the owner and the family guest in a personal project. There is no link and nobody can follow it. Private. Company projects only. There is still no link, but the owner and editors can invite people from outside the company by email. Those people join as followers: they read the project and use it with their AI assistant, but cannot change anything, and they take no seat. The owner can remove any follower at any time. See "Private projects: invite readers from outside your team". Public. The project gets a link (memocore.ai/p/...). Anyone with the link can read every memo in it, attachments included, without signing in, and search engines can index it. Anyone with a Memocore account can join it as a follower in one click. Followers of a public project cannot be removed one by one. How many projects you can have public at once depends on the plan: 1 on Free, 2 on Pro, 5 on Max, unlimited on Team. Switching between levels: - To Members only: the link, if there was one, stops working, every follower is removed and every pending email invitation is cancelled. Members stay. - From Public to Private: the link stops working, followers stay, and you can invite more people by email. - From Private to Public: the project gets a link, and everyone who already follows it stays. - Publishing again after the link was closed gives the project a new link. The old address does not come back. Changing the level never touches memos, files, tags or members. Only followers and pending invitations are affected, as described above. Picking a level: keep internal team knowledge at Members only; use Private when one client, contractor or partner should read one project; use Public for documentation or a playbook that anyone may read.
