Pro plan: limits and what you can do
Pro ($6/mo or $60/yr) is a personal plan: 500 memos, 5 projects, file uploads (100 MB total, 10 MB per file), public memo links and 2 public projects.
The Pro plan costs $6 per month, or $60 per year (paying yearly gives 2 months free). It is a personal plan - one person, no team. Limits on Pro: - Memos: 500 - Projects: 5 - Total file storage: 100 MB - Maximum single file size: 10 MB - Guests you can invite to your projects: none - Share links for memos: yes (share links work on every plan) - Public projects: 2 What Pro adds over Free: - File uploads and attachments - the main reason to move from Free to Pro. Attach documents and images to a memo: text, images, audio, video, PDF and Office documents. Downloads always run through short-lived signed links, and who may ask for one is whoever may read the memo. - More room: 500 memos instead of 100, and 5 projects instead of 3. - A second public project: 2 instead of 1. Everything from Free is included: private and project memos, search by meaning, all MCP clients, share links for memos, tags, memo history and the activity feed, and data export. What Pro does not include: guests on your projects (a family member starts on Max), and anything team-related - companies, member management, unlimited public projects and API keys (Team only). Pro is the right choice if you are one person who wants file attachments and a bit more room, but does not need a team. Billing is through Stripe; you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
