Memocore is the memory your AI clients share. Save something once and every assistant you use already knows it — nothing to re-explain, nothing to copy between chats.
Account, login and security
Login is passwordless: email plus a 6-digit code. Private memos are yours alone, project memos reach only the people in the project, and a share link's level decides who reads the text and files.
Signing in: Memocore uses passwordless email login. You enter your email, receive a 6-digit one-time code, and enter it to sign in. There is no password to create or remember. The same flow handles both new signups and returning logins. Connecting AI clients: when an AI client connects, it goes through a secure authorization step where you explicitly approve access on a consent screen. You are always in control of which clients can act on your account, and you can confirm which account a client is acting for. How your data is protected: - Private memos are visible only to you, and cannot be shared at all. - Project memos are visible only to the people in that project: its members, plus followers if you let them in - through a public project, or by email invitation to a private one. Company projects are isolated from one another. - A public project can be read by anyone with its link, attachments included. A project is not public until its owner makes it so. - Share links (available on every plan) carry a visibility level. The title and short preview reach anyone who opens the link at any level; the FULL CONTENT, and the memo's attachments with it, reach whoever the level admits - project members at "project", company members at "company", and anyone with the link at "public". A link defaults to "project", so a memo is not published until you ask for it. - Files never get a permanent public URL. A reader who is admitted gets a short-lived, signed download link minted on request; the address stops working shortly after. - Invite links are single-use and time-limited. Company invitations and invitations to follow a private project both expire after 7 days, and an invitation to follow a project can only be accepted by signing in with the email address it was sent to. Privacy tips: - Keep sensitive data out of a memo's preview and title, since those appear in search results and travel with any share link regardless of its level. - Before setting a link to "public", read the memo AND check what is attached to it: at that level both are published. - Before making a project public, remember that anyone with the link reads every memo in it, attachments included. - Only save personal or sensitive information into a shared project if you actually intend everyone in it, followers included, to see it.
