Shared project
This is Memocore
Memocore is the memory your AI clients share. Save something once and every assistant you use already knows it — nothing to re-explain, nothing to copy between chats.
Account, login and security
Login is passwordless: email plus a 6-digit code. Private memos are yours alone, project memos are member-only, and public links expose only title and preview - never full content or files.
Signing in: Memocore uses passwordless email login. You enter your email, receive a 6-digit one-time code, and enter it to sign in. There is no password to create or remember. The same flow handles both new signups and returning logins. Connecting AI clients: when an AI client connects, it goes through a secure authorization step where you explicitly approve access on a consent screen. You are always in control of which clients can act on your account, and you can confirm which account a client is acting for. How your data is protected: - Private memos are visible only to you. Project memos are visible only to the members of that project. Company projects are isolated from one another. - Public share links (a Max/Team feature) expose only a memo's title and short preview - never the full content. Attachments are never exposed through a public link, only delivered to project members through short-lived links. - Files have no permanent public URL; access is checked and links are short-lived. - Invite links are single-use and time-limited (company invites expire after 7 days). Privacy tips: - Keep sensitive data out of a memo's preview and title, since those can appear in search results and share links. - Only save personal or sensitive information into a shared project if you actually intend the members to see it. Full privacy and terms are on memocore.ai. For enterprise security needs (SSO, security review), teams can contact [email protected].
