Shared project
This is Memocore
Memocore is the memory your AI clients share. Save something once and every assistant you use already knows it — nothing to re-explain, nothing to copy between chats.
Projects: shared spaces for memories
A project is a shared space for memories. Projects are personal or company-owned, have a description that routes new memories, and an access level: Members only, Private or Public.
A project is a shared space whose memories are visible to everyone in it. It is how you group related knowledge and share it with the right people. When you create a project you become its owner and first member. Two kinds of project: - Personal project - created by you with no company attached. It is yours. On the Max plan you may also add a single guest (see the family guest article); Free and Pro have no guests. - Company (corporate) project - created inside a company and shared with the team. Its limits and billing follow the company plan, and the company subscription must be active to use it. Each project has a description that explains what belongs in it. This matters: when your AI saves a new shared memory, it matches the memory against your projects' descriptions to route it to the right place. Clear descriptions keep memories organized automatically. Membership: - In a company project, you add existing company members as editors or viewers. - In a personal project, the only person you can invite is your one designated guest, on Max. Access level. Every project also has an access level that decides who else can get in: - Members only - the default. Only the people above. - Private - company projects only. The owner and editors invite people outside the company by email; they join as read-only followers and take no seat. - Public - the project gets a link that anyone can read, and people with a Memocore account can join it as read-only followers. How many projects you may have public at once depends on the plan (1 on Free, 2 on Pro, 5 on Max, unlimited on Team). See "Project access levels: Members only, Private, Public" for details. Deleting a project also deletes its memos and its tags, so delete with care. You manage projects from the dashboard, and your AI can create and find projects for you on request.
