Memocore is the memory your AI clients share. Save something once and every assistant you use already knows it — nothing to re-explain, nothing to copy between chats.
Private memos vs project memos
Two kinds of memo: private (only you) and project (shared with invited members). Only project memos can be shared publicly. Each memo has a title, content, short public preview, tags and files.
A memo is one self-contained piece of information you save to Memocore. Every memo is one of two kinds: Private memos - personal notes, visible only to you. Use them for your own context, preferences, reminders and facts. Private memos cannot be shared with anyone or turned into a public link. Project memos - saved into a shared project and visible to (and editable by) every member of that project. Use them for team knowledge: decisions, docs, conventions, reusable prompts. Only project memos can be shared via a public link. Each memo can hold: - Title: a short label. - Content: the full memory text. - Preview: a short public summary (up to 200 characters) shown in search results and on public share links - so it should never contain anything sensitive. - Tags: labels for finding it later. - Files: optional attachments. Memocore keeps one topic per memo. If you try to save something that already exists, it encourages merging into the existing memo rather than creating a duplicate. Every change is recorded in the memo's history. You create, update and delete memos by asking your connected AI in plain language ("remember...", "update my note about...", "forget..."), or manage them in the web dashboard.
