Partner functionality for restaurant owners
Restaurant owners can join free as a Partner to claim their restaurant, manage its profile and photos, build a digital menu, and generate a table QR code.
Menumiru offers a free Partner account for restaurant owners and managers. Becoming a partner lets you claim your restaurant, manage its public profile, and build and publish an official digital menu that guests see when they visit your page or scan a QR code at the table. Why join (benefits): - Your own restaurant page with photos, descriptions and all the details guests want. - Digital menu management — build and edit your menu instantly, mark items as sold out in real time, and have changes go live immediately with no reprinting. - Automatic translation of your menu into each visitor's language, so you reach every tourist. - Smart recommendations — guests get personalized dish suggestions based on their tastes. - Allergen alerts — guests with dietary restrictions automatically see warnings on relevant dishes. - Discovery and search — people can find your restaurant by searching for dishes or cuisines, and partner restaurants get priority placement in search and recommendations. - Completely free — no subscription fees or hidden costs. How to become a partner: - Partner access starts from an invitation. Opening your invitation link shows a welcome page with your restaurant(s). Tap Get Started, sign in or create a Menumiru account, then Complete Your Setup with a short business form (company name, legal address, optional website, and a contact person). After you accept, your partner account is active. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. Claiming or adding a restaurant: - In the partner Restaurants area, tap Add and search for your restaurant. Select it, confirm ownership (Yes, it's mine), and it is added to your account and opens in the editor. Managing your restaurant profile (organized into tabs): - Basic info — name and address, plus address remarks. Keep the name and address close to your Google Maps listing so customers recognize and find you. - Details — description and related info. - Features — ambiance, dining options, food and drink, services and accessibility. - Contact and Hours — phone, website, social links, reservation info and opening hours. - Photos — upload multiple photos and drag to reorder; the first photo acts as the restaurant's logo. - You can open the restaurant's public page in a new tab to see what guests see. Building menus: - Partners build menus by hand (they do not scan). In the partner Menus area, tap Create, give the menu a name and language, then add categories and add dishes. Each dish can have a name, description, price and up to 3 photos. Dishes and categories can be reordered by dragging, and a menu is bound to one or more of your restaurants. Menu QR code: - For each restaurant you can generate a Menu QR code and download it as PNG or SVG. Print it and place it on tables so guests can open the menu by scanning.
