# Supported AI clients

Memocore works with any AI client that speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP). That includes:
- Claude (Claude Desktop and the Claude apps)
- ChatGPT
- Cursor
- VS Code
- Claude Code
- and any other MCP-capable client

Cursor and VS Code connect with a single click. Claude Code connects with one terminal command. Claude Desktop, ChatGPT and others connect by pasting the Memocore MCP endpoint into their connector settings.

Beyond interactive AI clients, developers can also reach Memocore memory over an HTTP API, so your own product, chatbot or agent can search a project's memories - and write new ones - without an interactive client. See the API article for details.

The key benefit: because all these clients read and write the same server-side memory, a fact you save in one tool is instantly available in every other one.
